New Hitchhiker: "Hop, Skip, Jump" being released in CT

The "Hop, Skip, Jump" hitchhiker will be
released somewhere in Eastern Connecticut tomorrow, August 20, 2002. He is
hoping to one day hop his way to the west coast.
